Job Description:
- Handling clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, maintaining files, and preparing paperwork, answering phone calls, taking and forwarding emails, ordering and keeping an inventory of office supplies
- Scheduling meetings, sending meeting invites, coordinating messenger and courier service
- Faxing, scanning, and copying documents
- Running general errands for senior staff members, preparing coffee and tea
