Employee Services Associate- Accommodation – Kuwait Food Americana Co,

  1. Daily inspections to ensure proper cleaning and following accommodation rules and regulations.
  2. Handle the maintenance complaints if any, coordinating with the maintenance contractors to repair and maintenance issue to maintain accommodations condition.
  3. Receiving newly hired in temporary accommodation, accommodate them after finalizing the hiring procedures to their permanent rooms.
  4. Dispatching employees to their accommodations according to their place of works and buses routs.
  5. Assets management, checking apartment’s assets condition, do periodically inventory.
  6. Applying company policy for all issues related to accommodations.
  7. Regularly update the accommodation plan& occupancy and rooms inventory.
  8. investigate incidents in the accommodation and report immediately to the line manager
  9. Coordinate with outsourced cleaning& pest control companies whenever needed to maintain the hygiene standards.
  10. Communicating with the employees living in accommodation with any new instructions or guidelines.
  11. Checking the accommodation needs and staff requirements (bedding, assets, furniture, … etc.)  
  12. Prepare and maintain up to date list of employee’s living in accommodation to get accurate file on the system.
  13. Handle employee’s welfare and concerns related to rooms and privacy.
  14. reducing expenses and consumption to not exceed the budgeted targets, handle the petty cash.
  15. Transferring the employees to other accommodations according to OPS business requests, or redeploying needs
