Description
Support end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligenceDevelop and maintain complex financial models (returns analysis, sensitivities, scenario planning)Prepare investment committee materials and high-quality presentations for senior stakeholdersConduct market research and target screening across global energy services and technology sectorsAssist with portfolio monitoring, including tracking financial and operational performance of portfolio companiesSupport post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives where requiredWork closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, lean team environment
Profile
3-7 years’ experience in Private Equity or Corporate M&AStrong financial modelling and valuation skills (advanced Excel)Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on, high-performance environmentCommercial mindset with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup with high ownershipSector experience in energy is beneficial but not requiredMust be willing to be based full time in Abu Dhabi (requires relocation to Abu Dhabi for Dubai based candidates)
