Project Objective

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to prepare a simple market research plan that will help us determine whether expanding into Dubai is a viable business opportunity.

We have noticed increasing interest from clients in the Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, and would like to better understand the UAE market before making any expansion decisions.

Your Research Should Cover

• Major competitors operating in Dubai and the UAE
• Services they offer
• Approximate pricing structure
• Their marketing and lead generation methods
• Market opportunities for a Canadian immigration and consulting company
• Potential customer demand
• Risks and challenges
• Estimated costs of operating in Dubai
• Your recommendation on whether expansion is worthwhile

The report does not need to be lengthy. We are looking for a practical, easy-to-read plan with clear points and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the UAE market
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to prepare organized reports and presentations

Interview Process

We are currently visiting Dubai and can arrange:

• Zoom interviews
• In-person interviews in Dubai

Future Opportunity

This is initially a project-based assignment.

Once your research plan is submitted, we will review the findings and determine the next steps. Candidates who demonstrate strong business insight, professionalism, and initiative may be considered for a future part-time position with our company.

No employment relationship will be established until both parties have reviewed the proposed plan and signed a mutually acceptable agreement.
