Business Development Executive & Administrative Coordinator – Hongbao Tech
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive & Administrative Coordinator to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will support business development activities across the Middle East while assisting with the daily administrative operations of the Dubai subsidiary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
• Support the company’s market expansion and business development activities across the Middle East region.
• Identify potential customers, generate business opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct customer visits, understand client requirements, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to arrange product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, technical submissions, quotations, and tender documents.
• Participate in contract discussions, negotiations, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Administrative Coordination
• Support the daily operations of the Dubai office.
• Coordinate documentation, records, and correspondence.
• Assist in communication with local authorities, service providers, and business partners when required.
• Coordinate internal activities between headquarters and regional stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative and business support duties as assigned.
