About the Role

We are seeking qualified UAE National healthcare professionals to join a network of medical centres and clinics. Opportunities are available across various clinical departments, depending on qualifications, licensing and operational requirements.

• Dentists and Dental Assistants
• Registered Nurses
• Medical Laboratory Technicians
• CSSD Technicians (Central Sterile Services Department)
• Allied Healthcare Professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional and patient-centred clinical care within the relevant area of specialisation.
• Assess patients, document clinical findings and maintain accurate medical records.
• Follow approved clinical protocols, infection-control standards and patient-safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory personnel and other healthcare team members as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold professional and ethical standards.
• For laboratory and CSSD roles, follow relevant procedures for specimen handling, equipment processing, sterilisation and quality control, as applicable.
• For dental roles, assist with or provide dental care according to professional qualifications and scope of practice.

Requirements

• UAE National.
• Relevant degree, diploma or professional qualification for the applied position.
• Valid and active DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) licence, or DOH licence eligibility where accepted for the role.
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital, medical centre, clinic, dental facility or laboratory is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and patient-care skills.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety and healthcare documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
