Marketing Manager, International (Dubai HQ) – UCL GLOBAL FZCO

About the Role:

UCL I Dr. Khaled is an international law firm operating in the UAE, Russia, Mauritius, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom (London). We advise businesses and private clients across jurisdictions: corporate law, international disputes and arbitration, private wealth and business structuring. The firm is growing fast and entering new markets, so we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our international markets from our Dubai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop the marketing strategy and annual plan, build and execute the lead generation plan, track KPIs and manage the budget.
• New Markets: Lead marketing across UAE, Mauritius, Hong Kong and the UK from Dubai HQ, adapt positioning to local markets and launch new offices quickly and effectively.
• PR & Events: Organise conferences, seminars and client events; build media relationships and place publications.
• Legal Rankings: Prepare and submit applications (Legal 500, Chambers, GAR, etc.) and improve the firm’s positions.
• Social Media: Social media strategy for corporate accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.), content plan, expert content and analytics.
• Brand & Materials: Develop the brand book and guidelines; create presentations, brochures, proposals and one-pagers; develop the website; brief designers and contractors.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in B2B or professional services. Experience in a law firm or legal consultancy is a strong advantage.
• Market Entry: Proven experience in launching a company or product in new, ideally international, markets.
• Track Record: Marketing strategy and lead generation with measurable results; events and media relations.
• Language: Fluent English, including strong business writing. Russian and/or Arabic is a plus.
• Location: Ready to work from our Dubai office.
• Plus: Background in legal marketing, understanding of legal rankings; experience with international teams across time zones.
