UAE pardons 900+ Indian nationals in pre-National Day amnesty
Ahead of its 54th National Day, the UAE has pardoned more than 900 Indian prisoners and will pay their fines, enabling swift repatriation. The amnesty strengthens UAE–India relations and removes compliance headaches for employers who would otherwise face sponsorship liabilities.
