Technical Manager – CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager with a strong architectural background to oversee the technical coordination and integrity of our major construction project. You will act as the central technical authority, bridging the gap between design intent and on-site execution, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical coordination between design consultants, in-house engineering teams, and construction management to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review, approve, and manage all technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements in accordance with project specifications.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts and constructability issues to mitigate risks, delays, and cost overruns.
• Chair technical interface meetings and coordinate effectively with Architecture, MEP, and Structural discipline leads to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing all communication with external consultants, ensuring timely responses to RFIs and compliance with design intent.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and international best practices.
