Technical Engineer Construction-Main Contractor – CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C

We are hiring Technical Engineer

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 8–12 years of working experience, preferably with main contracting companies.

Solid and continuous experience in construction stage works; candidates with purely consultancy background will not be preferred.

Proven experience in high-rise building projects, including structural, architectural, and coordination works.

Strong technical knowledge in construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and shop drawings.

Capable of handling technical submissions, RFIs, material submittals, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Good understanding of construction sequences, site execution constraints, and buildability.

Experience in coordinating civil works with MEP, façade, and other trades is an advantage.

Familiar with project documentation, approvals, and technical correspondence.

Able to work independently, take responsibility, and support the project team in resolving technical issues on site.

Experience in the Middle East / UAE construction market is a strong advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
