Study warns India-UAE air corridor could run out of seats by 2026 unless capacity caps are lifted
A Tourism Economics report released on 23 January warns that current flight and seat caps on the India-UAE route could leave 27 percent of demand unmet by 2035, costing billions in lost GDP. It urges both governments to expand bilateral entitlements or risk fare hikes and capacity crunches as early as 2026.
