Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging formats, consumables, and raw materials.Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with quality and cost objectives.Negotiate commercial terms, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with internal controls.Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with operational plans.Stay informed on market trends, legislation, and supply chain risks to support proactive decision-making.Contribute to innovation by sourcing new materials and technologies for product development.Support expansion into third-party sourcing services and help build scalable models for external customers.
Profile
Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within packaging or related industries.Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with a track record of cost optimization.Knowledge of packaging materials, consumables, and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office
