You will work closely with IT leadership and be involved in ongoing CRM and ERP transformation programmes.
Act as the primary interface between retail business teams and ITOwn prioritisation across CRM, loyalty, BI, and customer systems initiativesTranslate business needs into clear, deliverable workstreamsOversee execution through internal teams and external vendorsManage stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependenciesEnsure initiatives are sequenced realistically and followed throughSupport change management and adoption across retail platforms
Profile
This role will suit someone with experience in retail, consumer, or hospitality environments who understands customer facing business systems.
