About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sourcing Manager to lead and scale our product sourcing across the GCC and Europe.

This role is responsible for building and managing a network of shoppers, securing high-demand inventory, and ensuring a consistent flow of desirable products aligned with customer demand. You will operate at the intersection of supply, pricing, and demand, working closely with sales and content teams to source items that convert quickly and profitably.

This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role that requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to move quickly across multiple markets.

Core Responsibilities

– Build and manage a network of shoppers

– Source high-demand, hard-to-find luxury items aligned with customer demand

– Negotiate pricing to maintain strong margins and act quickly on opportunities

– Ensure a consistent flow of inventory and fast turnaround from sourcing to arrival

– Align closely with sales and content teams on trends, demand, and product priorities

– Monitor market activity, new releases, and restocks across key regions

– Track sourcing activity and proactively resolve issues related to delays, quality, or discrepancies
