Experienced in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), creating high-performing Reels/short-form video content, and developing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Skilled in social media management, content planning, copywriting, storytelling, and visual branding. Strong ability to grow audience, increase engagement rate, manage online reputation, and build customer loyalty through consistent community interaction.

Proficient in handling client relations and customer communication through WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, email, and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer experience, fast response time, and lead conversion. Comfortable managing inquiries, booking requests, follow-ups, and client support while maintaining a premium brand image.

Able to write SEO-optimized blog articles and website content using keyword research, on-page SEO best practices, and structured content strategy to improve Google ranking, organic traffic, and brand visibility.
