Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC) Developer – LTM

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC) with headless and composable architecture.
• Build and integrate ASP.NET Core / .NET, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Develop modern front-end solutions using ReactJS / Next.js, aligned with Sitecore headless principles.
• Implement multilingual and multisite solutions, content modeling, and advanced workflows in Sitecore.
• Customize and extend Sitecore using pipelines, resolvers, and event handlers, following best practices.
• Work with search solutions such as Solr or Azure Cognitive Search in Sitecore-based implementations.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and performant solutions.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders.
• Ensure secure, high-quality code using best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and LINQ.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Headless Services, and Content APIs (GraphQL/REST).
• Proficiency in ReactJS / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with Azure PaaS services and cloud-native deployment models.
• Solid understanding of Sitecore Helix principles and modular solution design.
• Experience with ORMs and tooling such as Glass Mapper, Sitecore CLI, and serialization.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party services and plugins.
• Knowledge of media handling, forms, external modules, and integrations (e.g., video platforms, SVG assets).
• Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Process & Delivery

• Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.
• Experience working in Agile DevOps environments, including automated builds and deployments.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to provide technical guidance and solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in migrating from Sitecore XP/9 to XM Cloud.
• Familiarity with composable DXP concepts and SaaS-based CMS platforms.
• Prior experience in large-scale, high-traffic Sitecore implementations.
