Service RMA Assistant – Samcom

Key Responsibilities:

1- Handle end-to-end RMA process — log requests, verify warranty, issue RMA numbers

2- Inspect returned products and record fault/condition details

3- Coordinate shipment of defective units to Hanwha Vision’s regional service center and track repair turnaround

4- Maintain accurate RMA records in the company’s ERP system and prepare status reports for management

5- Serve as the main point of contact for customers on RMA status and inquiries

6- Support inventory of loaner/replacement stock and help identify recurring product defect trends
