Job Description

[ Lead the design and development of seasonal menswear collections.

[ Conduct trend, market and competitor research.

[ Develop sketches, mood boards, colour palettes and CAD designs.

[ Handle fabrics, trims, prints, fittings and garment detailing.

[ Prepare tech packs and technical specifications.

[ Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, suppliers and production teams.

[ Review samples and ensure fit, quality and design accuracy.

[ Ensure collections are commercially relevant and aligned with brand positioning.

Requirements

[ Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.

[ 8–10 years of relevant menswear design experience.

[ Strong portfolio of commercial menswear collections.

[ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CAD.

[ Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit and product development.

[ UAE/GCC experience preferred.
