Overview of the Role

Are you passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Al-Futtaim Automotive is currently building a strong pool of talented Sales Executives for future opportunities across the UAE.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in maximizing sales opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the success of our automotive business. You will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets while driving additional revenue through Finance & Insurance (F&I), trade-ins, and accessory sales.

Most importantly, you will create a seamless and memorable customer journey that builds satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty.

What You Will Do

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins and supporting overall business objectives.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Generate and Manage Leads: Actively prospect for new customers, maintain an active sales pipeline, and effectively utilize company sales systems and tools.
• Promote Value-Added Products: Maximize opportunities for Finance & Insurance products, trade-ins, extended warranties, and accessories.
• Ensure Process Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures relating to sales transactions, documentation, cash handling, and credit processes.
• Stay Market-Aware: Continuously develop product knowledge, understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Support Team Success: Collaborate with colleagues and branch teams to deliver business objectives and outstanding customer outcomes.
