The Reception Supervisor is pivotal in managing the service reception area in the Aftersales Service center, ensuring optimal customer flow and high-quality interaction. This role is responsible for supervising reception staff and supporting service advisors in performance monitoring and customer satisfaction. The supervisor is key in ensuring accurate job card management and closure in alignment with company standards. The position requires effectively handling escalations and overseeing warranty compliance while implementing company policies and OEM standards for seamless customer service.

 

What You Will Do:

Supervise, coordinate, and allocate tasks to reception staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Ensure accurate and timely creation, communication, and closure of job cards.

Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring advisor communication, complaint handling, and service updates.

Monitor warranty and parts request processes at reception to ensure compliance with OEM standards.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and training support to reception and advisor staff to improve customer handling skills.

Maintain HSSE standards in the reception area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

Report on reception performance and customer satisfaction trends, and recommend service improvement actions.

Coordinate with service advisors to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
