We are a private Family Office based in Dubai, investing our own capital into selected real estate opportunities across the UAE market.

We acquire real estate assets for our own investment portfolio and focus on opportunities where value can be created through acquisition, restructuring, development, repositioning, conversion, rental income, or resale.

We are not acting as a broker or intermediary. We invest directly, make fast decisions, and are looking for serious acquisition opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Real Estate Acquisition Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating attractive real estate acquisition opportunities for our private investment portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in the Dubai real estate market, understands investment properties, and knows how to find real opportunities before they become visible to the wider market.

We are not looking for a traditional sales broker. We are looking for a proactive dealmaker with strong market knowledge, a serious network, and the ability to bring high-quality acquisition targets directly to our management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify real estate acquisition opportunities across Dubai and the UAE market

• Focus on land plots, buildings, distressed assets, hotel properties, bulk units, urgent-sale apartments, underpriced residential units, and development opportunities

• Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, developers, landowners, hotel owners, investors, lawyers, banks, restructuring advisors, and other market participants

• Actively search for motivated sellers, distressed situations, off-market deals, urgent-sale opportunities, and underpriced assets.

• Evaluate opportunities from an investment perspective, including location, market price, discount potential, development potential, rental income, resale potential, risks, and strategic value.

• Prepare clear opportunity summaries for management, including key facts, asking price, market comparison, potential upside, risks, and recommended next steps.

• Negotiate directly with sellers, brokers, and intermediaries to secure attractive acquisition terms.

• Monitor the Dubai real estate market closely, including price movements, distressed developers, project delays, liquidity pressure, and new market opportunities.

• Visit properties, land plots, development sites, hotels, and projects across Dubai and the UAE.

• Coordinate with internal management, legal advisors, technical consultants, and external partners during the acquisition process.

• Maintain a structured pipeline of potential acquisition targets.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has already been active in the Dubai real estate market, ideally as a real estate broker, investment advisor, acquisition manager, developer-side sales professional, or real estate deal sourcer.

You should understand investment real estate, not only end-user residential sales. We are especially interested in someone who can identify real value, distress, urgency, pricing gaps, and hidden upside in the market.

The right candidate thinks like an investor, not only like a broker.
