Job Summery

The Mixing Operator – Production is responsible for Maintain overall Operation and Process as per requirement and Control cost of Blending Operation by efficient management of available resources as per standards and safeguarding quality and safety of people and products.

• RM Check as per log sheet
• Hygiene & cleaning check of the Blending area;
• Startup check as per SOP
• CCP check & Record
• Blending operations; Record maintaining
• Operate Blender as specific batch requirements & as per SOP
• Instruct team for work allocation;
• Ensures material check before tipping of Major as well as minor ingredients
• Sampling of each lot & handover to QA
• Blender washing & dry cleaning while changeovers
• Operating sugar mill system; Ensure the PPE for all blending people
