Thiqa Tutoring is seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Tutor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and a passion for teaching, providing personalized instruction to students in a one-on-one setting. As a Private Tutor, you will be responsible for helping students improve their academic performance, build confidence, and develop essential study skills. You will tailor your teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalized tutoring sessions for students across various school subjects, including mathematics, science, literature, and languages.
2. Assess students’ academic strengths and weaknesses to develop customized learning plans that target their specific needs.
3. Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents about their performance and areas for improvement.
4. Utilize a variety of teaching resources and materials to enhance the learning experience and make lessons engaging.
5. Assist students with homework, projects, and exam preparation, ensuring they understand the material thoroughly.
6. Communicate effectively with company employees regarding any concerns that may arise.
7. Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum changes to provide the most effective tutoring.
8. Encourage and motivate students to develop a positive attitude towards learning and academic achievement.
9. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car for commuting to tutoring sessions (mandatory requirement).
2. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
3. Proven experience as a tutor or in a similar teaching role, demonstrating a successful track record of improving student performance.
4. Strong knowledge of the subjects you will be teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with students and parents alike.
6. Patience and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles and paces.
7. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students and their individual learning plans effectively.
8. Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car for commuting to tutoring sessions.
9. Familiarity with the educational curriculums in the UAE, enabling effective teaching aligned with local standards.
10. Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically.
