Office Assistant & Driver

We are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, responsible and well-organised Office Assistant & Driver to support our daily office operations and transportation requirements.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, polite and capable of handling assigned responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office assistance and administrative tasks.
• Drive the employer or staff members as required.
• Manage office errands, document collection and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and other parties.
• Assist with office maintenance and general arrangements.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Follow traffic regulations and maintain safe driving practices.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• 2–5 years of UAE experience preferred.
• Previous experience in office administration and driving.
• Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to provide educational certificates upon request.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Honest, punctual, respectful and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and follow management instructions.
