Noc Manager – Sindstrom Tek

Sindstrøm Tek is seeking an experienced NOC Manager to oversee the monitoring, performance and operational reliability of a key node within our next-generation global Content Delivery Network (CDN). You will provide local operational leadership while working closely with our international network engineering and infrastructure teams.

The role is responsible for maintaining network availability, coordinating incident response, managing escalations and ensuring the node operates in accordance with Sindstrøm Tek’s global network standards. We are looking for a hands-on network operations professional with strong experience in telecommunications, ISP, data centre or large-scale IP network environments who can operate effectively within a lean, internationally distributed technology team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced network professional to take on meaningful responsibility within an ambitious global infrastructure project. Rather than operating as one part of a large NOC organization, you’ll work directly with international engineers, infrastructure partners and company leadership while helping shape how a key network node is operated and integrated into our global network. The role offers the autonomy, visibility and technical exposure of a startup environment, with the opportunity to grow alongside the network as it expands.
