Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Group Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing and brand strategy across the group.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong consumer-facing brand environment and have proven experience building brands that are distinctive, relevant, and engaging. This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of modern consumer marketing, digital channels, content, social media, and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy across the group.
• Strengthen brand positioning, identity, and consumer engagement.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, content, PR, influencers, and activations.
• Lead marketing strategies for new products, collections, and brand launches.
• Identify consumer and market trends and translate them into marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with creative, product, retail, and sales teams to support commercial growth.
• Manage agencies, creative partners, marketing budgets, and campaign performance.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing or brand leadership role.
• Strong background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, premium retail, or D2C consumer brands.
• Proven experience in brand building, positioning, and consumer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital, social media, influencer marketing, content, PR, and brand activations.
• Experience launching and growing products, collections, or brands.
• Strong creative judgement combined with a commercial and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
