About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the real estate industry to

support marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, property promotion, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing digital campaigns, property marketing, and

real estate listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for property listings and brand promotion

• Manage property listings across real estate portals and digital platforms

• Coordinate with designers and agencies to create brochures, presentations, and

promotional materials

• Support social media and digital marketing activities

• Track campaign performance and generate qualified leads for the sales team

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and networking engagements

(flexibility to attend events outside office hours when required)
