Overview of the role

We are currently building a strong pool of talent for future Marketing Executive opportunity in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working with data, budgets, reporting, and campaign coordination. You will play an important role in supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operational activities while ensuring smooth processing, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across different business functions.

What you will do

• Support the marketing team with purchase orders, invoicing, payment approvals, and related administrative activities.
• Monitor marketing spend and maintain accurate budget trackers.
• Prepare and maintain regular marketing, sales, customer enquiry, and aftersales reports.
• Coordinate purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Support email and SMS customer campaigns and ensure effective campaign execution.
• Assist with reimbursement and claims-related documentation for marketing expenses.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales teams to ensure timely reporting and effective coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding marketing-related activities.
