Legal and Operations Associate – Dincum Group

1. Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, investor documentation, NDAs, contracts, and compliance-related materials.
2. Assist in preparing and updating fund offering documents, compliance manuals, policies, and procedural guidelines.
3. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (Regulations, Companies Act, Anti–Money Laundering, KYC norms, etc.).
4. Conduct periodic compliance checks and support regulatory filings and audit processes.
5. Liaise with legal counsel, trustees, custodians, and regulatory authorities as required.
6. Support day-to-day fund operations including capital calls, distribution notices, investor onboarding, and drawdown processes.
7. Work closely with fund administrators to ensure accurate NAV reports, accounting data, and investor reporting.
8. Track fund performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and ensure timely delivery of periodic investor communications.
9. Coordinate with investment, finance, and accounting teams to maintain data accuracy and operational workflows.
10. Maintain and organize legal and operational documents including agreements, compliance records, investor files, and internal SOPs.
11. Assist in creating templates, checklists, and automated tools to streamline operational and compliance processes.
12. Prepare internal reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
