Overview of the Role

We are seeking a driven and consultative B2B Key Account Manager to join our Automotive division’s Fleet (B2B) team. In this role, you will take the lead in identifying, qualifying, and developing business with corporate and government customers across the UAE. You will present tailored fleet mobility solutions, promote our TE brands, and drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is a strategic, relationship focused position ideal for a commercially minded sales professional with strong experience in automotive fleet, EV solutions, and consultative selling.

What You Will Do

•  Achieve quarterly and annual corporate sales targets by executing a strong sales strategy.

•  Develop new go to market approaches across industries and emirates.

•  Deliver confident, consultative pitches that clearly articulate TE brand value propositions.

•  Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts, securing annual purchase plans.

•  Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market insights.

•  Act as the single point of contact for all key account matters.

•  Collaborate with internal teams to support the deployment and operation of charging infrastructure and fleet mobility solutions.

•  Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies—especially in new energy vehicles.

•  Ensure accurate customer data management and prepare fleet performance reports.

•  Maintain accounts receivable within company guidelines.
