As a Key Account Manager you will be the driving force behind our expansion into the Middle East healthcare market. 

You will lead the end-to-end business development process – from initial market mapping to product homologation and final sales. This role requires a strategic mindset to navigate the complexities of the medical polymer market and a hands-on approach to building a robust sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for medical-grade polymers
  • Business Development: Identify, target, and cultivate high-value relationships with healthcare customers; initiate product testing and manage the homologation process.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and demand forecasting within the Middle East pharmaceutical packaging sector.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration between Logistics, Legal, Finance, and Production to ensure seamless product introduction and supply chain efficiency.
  • Commercial Management: Develop compelling sales proposals, calculate logistics costs, and provide regular analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Travel: Engage in business travel as required to meet clients and industry stakeholders across the region.
