Location: Dubai Salary range 13000 AED Industry: Technology / Corporate Experience Required: 10 years Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IT / Computer / Electronics) Other Requirements: Presentable, strong communication skills, ability to represent the company at IT events About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and professional IT Administrator / Supervisor with a strong engineering background to oversee IT operations, provide desktop support, and ensure system stability across the organization. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, presentable, and capable of representing the company at external IT events. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company. Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the company’s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls). Implement and maintain IT security policies, ensuring data protection and system integrity. Install, configure, and resolve issues related to computers, servers, printers, and software applications. Administer Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and support end-users. Ensure compliance with company IT standards, documentation, and procedures. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and IT partners when required. Represent the company at IT exhibitions, vendor meetings, and industry events. Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, configurations, licenses, and updates.
