We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to take full ownership of HR operations, payroll, visa management, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation
- Manage full payroll cycle (WPS compliant)
- Calculate overtime, leave balances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing
Visa & Government Coordination
- Handle full visa lifecycle (new visas, renewals, cancellations, absconding cases)
- Coordinate with Free Zone Authority and Immigration
- Maintain visa tracking and compliance records
HR Systems & Attendance
- Implement and manage Bayzat HRMS
- Integrate biometric/face recognition attendance system with payroll
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave records
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and Free Zone regulations
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle disciplinary actions and official HR documentation
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly HR reports (payroll summary, visa status, headcount, attendance analysis)
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE HR operations experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS payroll systems
- Experience handling Free Zone visa processes
- Experience managing large blue-collar workforce (industrial, warehouse, manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with HRMS systems (Bayzat preferred)
- Strong organizational and compliance-driven mindset
Preferred Candidate
- Based in UAE
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
- Experience in industrial or high-volume workforce environments
