A VIP private household in Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly professional Estate Manager / House Manager to oversee the full operation of a luxury residence.

This is a senior-level appointment requiring strong leadership, discretion and the ability to implement structure within a high-expectation environment.

• AED 25,000 – 35,000 per month (inclusive of living allowance)

The Role

• Full oversight of estate and household operations
• Leading and managing domestic staff
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Overseeing maintenance, contractors and service providers
• Implementing systems, procedures and service standards
• Liaising directly with the Principal
• Ensuring seamless day-to-day running of the residence
