Al-Futtaim Automotive is currently building a strong pool of talented Guest Relation Officers for future opportunities across the UAE.

As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branches, providing a warm welcome, understanding the purpose of their visit, and guiding them to the appropriate team. You will play an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer journey from the moment customers enter the branch until they leave.

What You Will Do

• Provide customers with a warm and professional welcome when entering the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each customer’s visit and understand their needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Ensure customers with appointments are smoothly connected with the correct Sales Executive.
• Support a seamless customer journey throughout their branch experience.
• Ensure customers feel acknowledged and valued when leaving the branch.
• Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
