Finance & Operations Manager – Kinetic Business Solutions

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Finance & Operations Manager to be based in Dubai and oversee finance and operational activities across the MENA region.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Oversee and manage finance and operational activities across the MENA region, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and monitor company performance while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external partners, including accounting firms, logistics providers, distributors, and other service providers to support business operations.
• Support commercial activities by overseeing order processing, supply chain coordination, and operational planning across multiple MENA markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and HR, to support regional business objectives.
