Etihad Warns of Eid-al-Adha Rush, Offers Bonus Miles and Extra Baggage to Ease Peak Travel

Etihad Airways expects record passenger volumes over the 27 May Eid al-Adha break and the subsequent summer peak. From 19 May to 16 August the airline is dangling bonus miles and 3 kg extra baggage for customers who use City or Home Check-In, and it is encouraging early airport arrival and app-based self-service to avoid congestion. Mobility managers should plan travel well in advance and brief staff on baggage and check-in requirements.
