Cost Control & Financial Reporting Analyst – NRCO General Trading FZCO

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Control & Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Group Finance team in Dubai.

This is a senior individual contributor role at the core of the organization’s financial operations. You will own management reporting, budgeting, cost control, consolidation, and intercompany reconciliation across multiple entities and geographies.

This role is ideal for a dual-qualified CA + CMA professional who combines strong financial accounting fundamentals with deep cost and management accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS reports (entity-level and consolidated) including revenue, margins, OPEX, and EBITDA with variance analysis
• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts across all group entities
• Monitor costs vs. budgets and escalate variances to the CFO
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and validate recharge entries
• Prepare group consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) including elimination entries
• Maintain CAPEX register and track asset performance
• Build and enhance financial dashboards and reporting in Odoo ERP
• Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings in coordination with external advisors
• Prepare board-level reports, KPIs, and financial analysis
• Support banking and investor reporting requirements
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and month-end close timelines
• Support implementation of cost accounting frameworks (job costing, standard costing, etc.)
• Analyze FX exposure and provide financial risk insights

Mandatory Qualifications (Both Required)

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI (ACA/FCA)
• Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) – ICMAI (ACMA/FCMA)
• Applications without both qualifications will not be considered.

Experience

• 4–6 years post-qualification experience (after completing both CA & CMA)
• Experience in multi-entity or group finance environments preferred
• GCC/UAE experience is a plus
• ERP experience required (Odoo preferred; SAP/Oracle/Tally acceptable)
• Exposure to consolidation, intercompany accounting, and multi-currency environments
