Description
Draft, review, and negotiate FIDIC contracts to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance requirements.Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues promptly.Collaborate with project teams to manage contract changes and variations effectively.Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards within the property and construction sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.Provide advice and guidance on contractual matters to internal teams.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts and related activities.
Profile
A successful Contracts Manager should have:
Proven experience in contract management within the property or construction industry.Bachelors in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementStrong knowledge of local laws and regulations relevant to the construction sector.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
