About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist to join our Dubai team. This person will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content of new product arrivals, coordinating studio photoshoots, and managing our brand presence across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, experience in fashion or luxury content, and the ability to bring our brand to life through compelling imagery and storytelling.

Because our team is distributed across multiple countries, this role requires strong communication and flexibility in coordinating work hours with different time zones

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Photography

• Capture professional photos and short videos of new products as they arrive at the Dubai office.
• Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and brand styling for all content.
• Organize and maintain the digital content library by product and collection.
• Coordinate with the sourcing and logistics teams to schedule content shoots efficiently.

Social Media Management

• Plan and post daily content across Instagram, snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Write engaging captions and manage community interaction (comments, DMs, etc.).
• Track engagement and performance metrics to refine content strategy.
• Maintain the visual consistency of the brand across all platforms.

Photoshoots & Studio Coordination

• Manage external photoshoots with partner studios or freelance photographers.
• Oversee styling, product preparation, and shoot-day logistics.
• Ensure final edits and deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to align on content needs and upcoming collections.
• Support special campaigns, seasonal launches, and collaborations.
• Maintain clear communication with the HQ team to ensure brand alignment.
