• Oversee all commercial operations, including sales, pricing, contracts, and project coordination.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage client, consultant, and supplier relationships while ensuring strong commercial performance.
• Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and review major tenders and proposals.
