We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Outdoor Sales Officer to join our esteemed recruitment agency in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the recruitment sector. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our recruitment services. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. outdoor sales the whole week, maybe 1 day required in office
5. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency’s services.
6. Provide regular feedback and insights to the general manager regarding client interactions and market conditions.
