Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for construction, renovation, and MEP projects by identifying potential clients and markets through targeted outreach and networking events, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss project requirements, providing expert guidance and insights to help them make informed decisions about MEP solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and gather information necessary for accurate proposals, demonstrating a hands-on approach to understanding client expectations.
- Prepare and follow up on detailed quotations and proposals that align with client needs and project specifications, utilizing strong analytical skills to ensure competitiveness.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets by leveraging persuasive communication and negotiation skills, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Utilize your experience in construction contracting, renovations, fit-out, and MEP works, including HVAC, ducting, plumbing, and electrical systems, to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market, employing strategic insights to refine business development approaches and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with client expectations.
