Business Development Manager – Francophone Africa
Adler Security Systems is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Francophone Africa to drive market expansion across selected African countries. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing distributor and partner networks, managing key accounts, and increasing sales of professional security and surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the security, CCTV, surveillance, or low-current systems industry, and must be fluent in French and English. This role requires a commercially driven professional with solid regional market understanding and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, and end users.
responsibilities:
- Develop business in Francophone African markets
- Recruit and manage distributors and partners
- Generate leads and close B2B deals
- Promote CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, VMS, and related systems
- Achieve sales targets
- Monitor competitors and market opportunities
- Coordinate with presales and technical teams
- Travel across the region as needed
