Branch Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Branch Manager to help establish, manage, and grow its UAE operations. This position will be responsible for day-to-day branch leadership, sales growth, customer relationships, inventory oversight, warehouse operations, employee development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial distribution, oilfield supply, energy, or related industries and be comfortable helping launch a new international location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Lead daily operations for the UAE branch, including sales, warehouse, inventory, customer service, and administrative functions.

· Develop and execute local business development strategies for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and surrounding markets.

· Build strong relationships with oil & gas, industrial, energy, construction, and service company customers.

· Manage branch profitability, including sales growth, gross margin, expenses, budgets, and reporting.

· Hire, train, coach, and develop branch personnel.

· Oversee inventory levels, purchasing coordination, order fulfillment, and stock accuracy.

· Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and timely through Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).

· Review sales activity, financial reports, inventory reports, and operational performance.

· Support outside sales efforts, customer visits, quoting, pricing, and account management.

· Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable UAE employment and business requirements.

· Communicate regularly with U.S. leadership regarding branch performance, staffing, customer needs, and market conditions.

· Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 5 years of branch management, operations management, or business management experience.

·        Prior P&L responsibility strongly preferred.

·        Experience in industrial distribution, oilfield supply, energy, construction, MRO, or related industry preferred.

·        Strong leadership, team-building, sales management, and customer relationship skills.

·        Experience with ERP/order entry systems required; Epicor Prophet 21 experience preferred.

·        Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, logistics, and customer service.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

·        Ability to work independently and help build a new business operation.

·        Valid drivers license required; UAE drivers license preferred or ability to obtain.
