Our international logistics company[[ is currently recruiting an accountant[[ whose main responsibilities are as follows:

1. [Daily Financial Review and Reconciliation[

[ Review and verify daily payment transactions and charges.

[ Check accounts receivable and payable for accuracy.

[ Clear and reconcile outstanding balances.

2. [Banking and Payment Management[

[ Process bank transfers and online banking payments.

[ Liaise and coordinate with banks on all bank related matters.

[ Monitor company bank accounts and payment activity.

3. [Administrative and Operational Support[

[ Process visa related applications and renewals.

[ Manage employee accommodation arrangements and related expenses.

[ Arrange to pay company utility bills including electricity, water, internet service and office rent.

[ Coordinate and manage company vehicle management and related arrangements.

4. [Tax filing[

[VAT declaration.

[ Corporate income tax return.

[ Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Our company has its own integrated logistics management system, which includes a financial module. All accounting transactions, reconciliations and financial records are processed, maintained and verified through the system.

These are the four main areas of responsibility for current accounting positions.
