Responsibilities: • Manage all accounting operations related to real estate transactions (sales, commissions, developer payments, etc.). • Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and AML regulations. • Reconcile agent commissions, client payments, and developer statements (Emaar, Meraas, Dubai Holding, etc.). • Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and contracts. • Coordinate with auditors and the management team on monthly and yearly reports. • Handle petty cash, payroll, and expense control.
