UAE Travellers Warned: UK to Enforce Electronic Travel Authorisation From 25 Feb

VFS Global and the UK Home Office have reminded UAE passengers that, from 25 February 2026, most visitors to Britain will need an approved Electronic Travel Authorisation or an e-visa linked to their passport before boarding. Airlines—including Emirates—will deny boarding to travellers who lack the digital permit. Companies should update travel policies and ensure staff apply in advance to avoid disruption.
