Job Description:
- Take and relay customer orders to the kitchen, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly, ensuring that all items meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Provide attentive and courteous service, addressing any customer needs or concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare tables for new guests by setting utensils, napkins, and glassware, and clean tables thoroughly after customers leave.
- Process payments, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts, while maintaining accuracy in billing.
