We are seeking a highly skilled Urologist to join our esteemed medical facility in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the urinary tract and male reproductive organs. This position requires not only clinical expertise but also a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The Urologist will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are developed and implemented for patients. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with urological conditions.
2. Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, as necessary.
3. Develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest medical guidelines and patient needs.
4. Monitor and manage post-operative care and follow-up appointments to ensure optimal recovery.
5. Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
6. Educate patients and their families about urological health, treatment options, and preventative measures.
7. Stay updated on advancements in urology and participate in continuous medical education.
8. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Board certification in Urology and relevant medical licenses to practice in UAE.
2. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
6. Commitment to patient-centered care and a compassionate approach to treatment.
7. Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
8. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
